Eggs
are usually the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of a protein

would classify as “superfoods.” They
are loaded with nutrients, some of which are rare in the modern diet.
You
can eat them boiled, fried, scrambled or pair them with other foods. They are a
powerhouse of nutrients such as vitamins and minerals that nourish your body.
